The previously described data processing for contact purposes occurs in accordance with § 6 Abs. 1 lit. b) KDG. By clicking the "Send Message" button in the contact form or requesting a booking via the "Inquiry" and "Book Now" buttons, you consent to the processing of the data you have entered. - According to § 17 KDG, you can request information about your personal data processed by us. You can, in particular, request information about the processing purposes, the categories of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data has been or will be disclosed, the planned storage duration, the existence of a right to correction, deletion, restriction of processing or objection, the existence of a right to complain, the origin of your data, if this was not collected by us, about transmission to third countries or international organizations, as well as the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling, and, if applicable, meaningful information about its details.
- According to § 18 KDG, you can immediately request the correction of incorrect or the completion of your personal data stored with us.
- According to § 19 KDG, you can request the deletion of your personal data stored with us, provided the processing is not required for exercising the right to freedom of expression and information, fulfilling a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest, or the assertion, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
- According to § 20 KDG, you can request the restriction of processing your personal data, as far as you dispute the accuracy of the data, the processing is unlawful, we no longer need the data, and you refuse to delete it, because you need it for the assertion, exercise, or defense of legal claims. The right according to § 18 KDG also applies if you objected to the processing following § 23 KDG.
